1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. How to Raise a Return Request

Once we review and approve your request, you will be informed of the return shipping procedure.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for returning the product to the address from which it was shipped unless otherwise instructed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect).
Products without original packaging or missing components.
6. Important Note
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.
