Avocado is a very versatile fruit. Its creamy flavor goes well with many foods,making it a refreshing and nutritious addition to various recipes. I had done yesterday my regular Avocado Smoothie and just as an experiment I put some of the leftover in ice tray.
After few hours just used it as a Face Mask.
Take 1/4 ripe avocado and mash it up in a bowl until it turns lump free. Mix into the pulp 1 teaspoon of Greek yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Stir them well until you get a paste of uniform consistency. Apply the mask onto your skin for 10-15 minutes or until it dries out.
